SFHT employs around eighty staff both full time and part time in a range of different roles in supported living, residential support and day services. All staff have regular supervision and an annual appraisal. The working environment is often described as pleasant and friendly with a focus on openness.

SFHT invests heavily in staff training and development: Staff are encouraged to identify their own development needs and supported to achieve their full potential. We use the special skills and talents of each person to enhance the work that they do with individuals.
