| SFHT provides a range of flexible and creative services to people with learning disabilities and their families. We aim to support people; to enjoy friendships and relationships; to be active and healthy; to be valued members of their communities; to live fulfilling lives. |

|
Domiciliary Support - we support a number of people living in their own homes. This may be for a few hours a week or twenty four hours a day. Each person's support is designed to meet their specific wants, needs and aspirations. |
|
|
Registered Care - we support 33 people living in our Registered Care Homes in Southbourne and Ringwood. The homes are all of a high standard and have 24 hour staff support. |

Day Services - we provide a very extensive range of day support services. These include special skills, Life Skills, Supported employment and Sports and leisure. At the Stables in Bisterne people receive an excellent two course lunch. |
|
|
Holidays - all the people we support, including those using day services only, have the opportunity to take a supported holiday. As well as the ever-popular Butlins, people have enjoyed visits to Ireland, Spain, Italy,Florida and many other destinations. |
