The Trust has four registered residential services - three in Southbourne and one in Bisterne. Eight people live in each house. The houses are all of a very high standard, in a desirable location and offering plenty of individual space to residents. A number of rooms have en-suite and a small kitchenette area. Our registered services all achieve consistently good reports from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). |

Pinehaven

Abbotsford, Harleith and Pinehaven are large houses in a busy residential area, situated in Southbourne, a short walk from the beach. They are spacious with good sized bedrooms and all with a secluded garden; close to all local amenities and in easy reach of public transport. Stables Flat is a well appointed flat above the Trust administration offices in Bisterne near Ringwood. The Flat is situated in a peaceful, rural area, on the local bus route between Christchurch and Ringwood. |

A twenty four hour service is provided. People are supported to choose what they do during the day; this may be college courses, employment or day support services. During the day the houses are staffed dependent upon the wants and needs of individuals. People are also supported to attend health or other appointments. |

People living in registered homes may be sharing a home but are not expected to share their lives. Staff support individuals with a person centred approach that focuses on what is important to them and identifies their wants, needs and dreams. We aim to support people to achieve these |
